I am passionate about making software engineers shine and have found a way to do so in fostering teams that embrace continuous improvement and the Scrum values, supporting product owners in value maximisation and enabling management to make meaningful contributions.

Per my experience going the extra mile, genuine connections, curiosity and authenticity is a recipe that works in every team and setting. This is backed by both my appreciations, and feedback I steadily collect.

Scrum / Agile leads to a lot of fuzzy language and obscurity, but I try to stand out by:
1. Valuing simplicity, so we can focus on what's important.
2. Not just promoting empiricism within teams, but also with regards to the my own work. This means embracing the Scrum values & pillars myself and increased alignment with all leadership.
