This isn’t your typical expedition. In fact, there’s no fixed trail, no pre-set campfires to gather around, and no sherpa leading the way. Instead, participants are the explorer, the cartographer and the guide all at once.
Together they'll venture into uncharted territory, exploring emerging patterns, provocative questions, and transformative ideas putting their agile mindset to the ultimate test.
Whether it’s leveraging AI, reimagining team learning, or designing for deep psychological safety, nothing is off-limits—as long as it ignites curiosity and builds mastery.
Participants experiment with powerful learning structures and tools from:
- Training from the Back of the Room (TBR) – to turn concepts into compelling experiences
- Project Zero's Thinking Routines – to make thinking visible, collaborative, and transferable
- Liberating Structures – to tap into the hidden brilliance of the group
- Generative AI tools – to amplify creativity, synthesis, and insight
Along the way, they might:
- Prototype a new learning experience that blends AI agents and Agile retrospectives.
- Create a team ritual for surfacing invisible norms
- Explore system-level questions e.g. “What learning architectures do we need to be future-ready?”
- Design new games, canvases, or sense-making tools for your peers back home
- Reflect on your own learning identity, agency, and capacity for shaping the future of work
By the end of this journey, participants walk away with their very own expedition tested with peers, and ready to take others on a journey of learning and transformation.
